Are your products made to order?
Yes! Every item in our shop is made to order, just for you. This means there's no waste, and your order is created fresh when you place it. It also means we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please double-check our size guides before ordering.
What are your products made from?
Our kids' t-shirts are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton ā super soft and perfect for sensory-sensitive little ones. Our hoodies are a cosy 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend with a soft fleece lining inside and out.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but screens can vary. There may be slight differences between what you see on your device and the finished product ā this is completely normal and not considered a fault.

How long will my order take?
Because everything is made to order, please allow 2ā7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. After that:
- UK delivery: 2ā5 business days
- International delivery: 7ā21 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, weather, or customs ā we appreciate your patience!
Will I get tracking information?
Where available, yes! We'll send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please be aware that international customers may be responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country. These are outside of our control and are not included in your order total.
š Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Because our items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We ask that you check sizing carefully before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we absolutely want to make it right! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll sort it out for you as quickly as we can.
Who pays for return postage?
If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover the return postage. For any other returns (which are at our discretion), the customer is responsible for postage costs.

Who is SENDifyLife?
SENDifyLife was created by neurodivergent mums, for neurodivergent families. We know what it's like to navigate a world that doesn't always make space for you ā and we wanted to build a brand that does. Our clothing celebrates big feelings, different brains, and the incredible strength of SEND families.
What does SEND mean?
SEND stands for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. It's a term used in the UK to describe children and young people who need extra support with their learning, development, or wellbeing.
